Very happy with the service we got at Import Car Center. Communication was great (thanks Jaylynn). David took good care of my little Cooper. I asked to have the engine cleaned in addition to the other service and was so pleased. It looks showroom ready!

Import Car Center knows the ins and outs of European cars. I don’t have to go to Vegas or Phoenix for my cars service maintenance. They use parts required by Porsche and that keeps my warranty active and my car covered. Very knowledgeable and customer focused. Excellent communication!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM? My wife was horrified when the mechanic did not repair the car after holding for about 4 months, but it came back damaged, was in worst shape when it was returned than when it went to the mechanic. Soft top frame was damaged and was the spoiler and right hand fender. THIS SHOP SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELES! Car came back More damaged then when it was taken to them! Check out your car after it is repaired for any damaged they may have caused and are not telling you. Take your car anywhere but here! Worst experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop in my 67 years of being alive. I talked to the mechanic/owner and he told me that yes, they can work on my wife's 2004 BMW Z4. I arranged for the car to be towed from Bullhead City to Lake Havasu City in May of 2024. They kept the car for over 4 months, never an update unless we called. They kept on making excuses why the car was not being repaired. The owner even had his mother call us with excuses. When a grown man and business owner has his mother call with excuses, then you know a big problem exists at this repair shop. To top it off, in the 4 months he had the car, during the most extreme heat of the year, he kept the car, which has a soft top, outside, and uncovered. That is totally unprofessional. You take an auto to him, and they should keep it secured and covered. The unbelievable part of this bad situation is that in the 4 months he had the car, he never looked at it, never tried to attempt a repair, just ignored the car, sitting in his lot for 4 months, and never touching it. After 4 months of not doing anything, he towed the car back to Bullhead City and dumped it in my driveway. This repair shop is worthless. I will be towing the car next month to Las Vegas, where a real BMW mechanic can work on it. I will be sending more reviews of what happened in the 4 months the car was at his shop. I believe anyone thinking of taking their car there, should know how this business is being run. Additionally he brought back the car damaged, and used scotch tape to hold the right fender together that they damaged. I have put a claim for this damage to my insurance company and told them this repair shop caused the damage, and kept it quiet.

could not have come across a better shop for my 2025 BMW 740i M. they literally gave me an appointment for the next day I came in and they took care of everything within a 45 minute period and charged me $80. Could not possibly have asked for better quality service!!

My 2013 VW Beetle Convertible "Stevie" needed some TLC so I was sent to Import Car Service here in Lake Havasu City! From the minute I walked through the door customer service was on point and took care of the problem! No more worries thanks to David and his team! They come highly recommended for your import car needs!
