We had a a backed up sewer that flooded our basement. Paul responded to our call promptly and arrived on-site in a timely manner with clear communication. Paul was very professional and thorough - he showed us the blockage using his camera beforehand, and after using his drain clearing tool he showed us the roots he had cut with it and made sure they were fully swept away and the pipe was completely clear before retrieving his camera. Paul removed the blockage quickly and efficiently while having a great friendly attitude in explaining what was going on. Paul is also quite clear and fair in his pricing; be sure to have cash on hand as that is the preferred payment method.

Paul fixed my mom’s kitchen faucet on Friday - its flow was barely a trickle. It took several days to arrange a time that was suitable for all and Paul always answered my text messages immediately. He arrived on time and worked so quickly, efficiently, and charged a very reasonable fee for his service! My mom is so pleased with the work he did that she has not stopped singing his praises. We hired Impero Drainage and Plumbing for what turned out to be a complex plumbing issue. Paul was incredibly reliable, communicative, and transparent. He did his job expertly and efficiently. We were given a quote upfront, which he honoured. Because of Paul’s work and diagnostics, the city plumbers were able to come in the same day and 1.5 hours later, they pulled out a giant tube of dirt and roots from the pipes on the city’s side! Paul went above and beyond in making sure our issue was resolved, even after it moved beyond his scope of work. You simply can’t get this level of care from the big box plumbing companies. Paul replaced a leaky 1/4" Pressure Relief Valve in our ensuite toilet that supplied water from the sprinkler system to the toilet. He replaced it with a new brass PRV along with new steel braided supply hoses, and then pressure tested it and also ensured the toilet was functioning properly and leak free. He also did a great job of explaining what needed to be done before he started work, and the job was done for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use his service again, and also recommend it to others.

my garburator stopped working and my sink was flooded so I needed it to be fixed urgently. Paul was referred to me by another company as I needed to get this fixed after work hours, he responded quickly and with a very short notice. He examined the garburator and recommended that it should be removed, he came the second day to remove it and installed the new piping and the work was done very well and efficiently. Paul was very professional and polite, I would call him again for sure if I needed any other work done.
