I had a great experience working with Paul. As a first-time homeowner, I don’t know much about plumbing, so I really appreciated how responsive and helpful he was throughout the process. Paul replied to my messages quickly, provided a fair and transparent quote, and completed the work efficiently. He replaced the plumbing under my kitchen sink and also helped replace a toilet seal. It’s not often you find a tradesperson who is both knowledgeable and trustworthy. Hopefully I won’t need a plumber again anytime soon, but if I do, Paul will be my first call. Paul was quick to respond when I called about a leak by our water shutoff valve, even though it was already after 7pm. Service was professional throughout; the work done was communicated clearly to us and in writing through an itemized invoice.

We had a a backed up sewer that flooded our basement. Paul responded to our call promptly and arrived on-site in a timely manner with clear communication. Paul was very professional and thorough - he showed us the blockage using his camera beforehand, and after using his drain clearing tool he showed us the roots he had cut with it and made sure they were fully swept away and the pipe was completely clear before retrieving his camera. Paul removed the blockage quickly and efficiently while having a great friendly attitude in explaining what was going on. Paul is also quite clear and fair in his pricing; be sure to have cash on hand as that is the preferred payment method.

Paul fixed my mom’s kitchen faucet on Friday - its flow was barely a trickle. It took several days to arrange a time that was suitable for all and Paul always answered my text messages immediately. He arrived on time and worked so quickly, efficiently, and charged a very reasonable fee for his service! My mom is so pleased with the work he did that she has not stopped singing his praises. She equated the job he did to a surgeon excising a tumour :) We’ll definitely be calling Paul for all our future plumbing needs and recommending him to everyone we know!!

Paul replaced a leaky 1/4" Pressure Relief Valve in our ensuite toilet that supplied water from the sprinkler system to the toilet. He replaced it with a new brass PRV along with new steel braided supply hoses, and then pressure tested it and also ensured the toilet was functioning properly and leak free. He also did a great job of explaining what needed to be done before he started work, and the job was done for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use his service again, and also recommend it to others.

I had a storm drain backing up into my garage during a heavy rain storm. Impero was out to the call quickly and after hours. They did a great job flushing the line and even sent a camera down the pipe to ensure there was not a more serious problem that caused the back up. Finding a reliable plumber isn't easy, look no further.
