I had a great experience working with Paul. As a first-time homeowner, I don’t know much about plumbing, so I really appreciated how responsive and helpful he was throughout the process. Paul replied to my messages quickly, provided a fair and transparent quote, and completed the work efficiently. He replaced the plumbing under my kitchen sink and also helped replace a toilet seal. It’s not often you find a tradesperson who is both knowledgeable and trustworthy. Hopefully I won’t need a plumber again anytime soon, but if I do, Paul will be my first call. Paul fixed my mom’s kitchen faucet on Friday - its flow was barely a trickle. It took several days to arrange a time that was suitable for all and Paul always answered my text messages immediately. He arrived on time and worked so quickly, efficiently, and charged a very reasonable fee for his service! My mom is so pleased with the work he did that she has not stopped singing his praises. She equated the job he did to a surgeon excising a tumour :) We’ll definitely be calling Paul for all our future plumbing needs and recommending him to everyone we know!!

Paul replaced a leaky 1/4" Pressure Relief Valve in our ensuite toilet that supplied water from the sprinkler system to the toilet. He replaced it with a new brass PRV along with new steel braided supply hoses, and then pressure tested it and also ensured the toilet was functioning properly and leak free. He also did a great job of explaining what needed to be done before he started work, and the job was done for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use his service again, and also recommend it to others.

Paul and his crew are very intuitive and invest the time to ensure their clients needs are met. As a fellow plumber who has worked alongside on a project, I have to say their standards exceed industry. Incredible attention to detail, they ensure everything is done correct the first time, litteraly everything you'd hope for. No BS pricing, not under not over, just legit pricing not gouging. That is rare these days. I'd strongly recommend them. And will also be referring them to scopes we can't get to, which is rare, because we do not refer many companies, as our standards our the highest. And Paul certainly meets and exceeds our expectations for a referral and as a plumber. Super greatful a new relationship was built through a mutual plumbing business owner.

We had a a backed up sewer that flooded our basement. Paul responded to our call promptly and arrived on-site in a timely manner with clear communication. Paul was very professional and thorough - he showed us the blockage using his camera beforehand, and after using his drain clearing tool he showed us the roots he had cut with it and made sure they were fully swept away and the pipe was completely clear before retrieving his camera. Paul removed the blockage quickly and efficiently while having a great friendly attitude in explaining what was going on. Paul is also quite clear and fair in his pricing; be sure to have cash on hand as that is the preferred payment method.
