Paul came to my house for a backed up kitchen sink. He replaced all the pipes under my kitchen sink, removed the garburator and installed a new faucet. Paul came recommended by a neighbor and after experiencing gurgling in the tub for months it was time to pull the trigger before it became a really expensive mistake to ignore. On my initial call Paul was really good at outlining a list of potential solutions to the problem from best to worst and gave pricing accordingly so I setup a time for the week after. Day of Paul text messaged in advance confirming the time and also updated me on his ETA as he got closer to arriving. Asked me questions, took a took at the problem and educated me on a few things along the way. Once he was confident on a solution he gave me a price and away we went. Work done efficiently and problem solved. I even learned a few things along the way. Would call Paul again should I need a plumber. Highly recommended.
