The Imperial team recently completed the installation of a new three-zone gas boiler and indirect hot water tank, replacing our 30+ year-old boiler and aging hot water heater. The transformation of our boiler room is remarkable—it’s never looked better and has even inspired me to clean up the rest of the basement! But that is another story ... Their workmanship, especially the tubing and pipe layout, is truly exceptional. The placement of the units is thoughtful and precise. Every member of the team was courteous, skilled, and highly professional. Their attention to detail was outstanding. Over the years, we’ve worked with several local plumbing companies for various home projects. Without hesitation, I can say the Imperial brothers are the best we’ve encountered across every metric: expertise, quality, professionalism, responsiveness, and value. A true win-win-win. I highly recommend Imperial Plumbing.

Huge shout out to Steven and Imperial Plumbing and Heating for fixing a problem we didn’t even knew we had! We asked them to come over to look at our sink since we assumed there was a clog preventing the water going down. After Steven took a look he noticed we were dealing with a much bigger problem. Our pipe had rust buildup and there was no room for ANY water flow. Now we have new PVC pipes and our water is flowing better than ever. Thank you so much Steven and team! Can’t recommend them enough for their quick and reputable service!!

My water heater was 13 years old and leaking. It was refreshing to find Imperial Plumbing & Heating. After speaking with Steve, I sent some pictures and promptly received a proper scope of work for what needed to be done - including installation, removal, correcting venting issues and some additional plumbing fixes to support a proper installation. Steve and Kevin showed up on time and were very professional, respectful and helpful with answering questions. Great work and no BS - they did exactly what they said they would. I will sleep better this winter knowing my water heater has been taken care of by Imperial.

I came home from a holiday weekend to find my ceiling was saturated with water due to a pipe leak. I called Imperial Plumbing & Heating and within 20 minutes they were on site and stopped the leak. What followed was fast and friendly service at a reasonable price. I plan to use them for all of my future plumbing needs.

I had a really positive experience with Dan and Steve. They were excellent communicators and gave us a fair, competitive price for replacing our water heater. They were honest, worked efficiently, even with the tight schedule around the holidays. They took great care to respect our home, using tarps and boot covers to keep everything clean. The job was done quietly and professionally, and I’m very happy with the results. They even fixed another issue while they were here and were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

This company is without a doubt the worst plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Not only are they unprofessional, rude, and unreliable, but they are highly overpriced. They tried to scam me for over $1,000. I was told they could fix my problem for $300 and when they arrived late they pulled the bait and switch. They said that they couldn't fix my problem for $300 and now it would cost me over $3,000. They were rude, unprofessional and a sham. Anyone who hires this company please beware and make sure you get a licensed second opinion. I did and it save me thousands.

Amazing service! They just replaced my hot water heater in Port Washington, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were professional, efficient, and got everything done quickly. Great communication throughout the process and very respectful of my home. They work very clean and wore shoe covers in my home. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable plumbing work!

I just used Imperial Plumbing and Heating to diagnose and fix a water pressure issue in my home. We initially used local plumbers with no success. Imperial came in, diagnosed the issue, gave us a reasonable estimate and in less than a week returned to fix the problem. We now have restored water pressure after a year of steady decline. Additionally, they were very clean and left the space in excellent condition. I can't recommend Dan, Steve and the team enough!
