The Imperial team recently completed the installation of a new three-zone gas boiler and indirect hot water tank, replacing our 30+ year-old boiler and aging hot water heater. The transformation of our boiler room is remarkable—it’s never looked better and has even inspired me to clean up the rest of the basement! But that is another story ...
Their workmanship, especially the tubing and pipe layout, is truly exceptional. The placement of the units is thoughtful and precise. Every member of the team was courteous, skilled, and highly professional. Their attention to detail was outstanding.

Huge shout out to Steven and Imperial Plumbing and Heating for fixing a problem we didn’t even knew we had!
We asked them to come over to look at our sink since we assumed there was a clog preventing the water going down. After Steven took a look he noticed we were dealing with a much bigger problem. Our pipe had rust buildup and there was no room for ANY water flow. Now we have new PVC pipes and our water is flowing better than ever. Thank you so much Steven and team! Can’t recommend them enough for their quick and reputable service!!
