David conducted our inspection and did an awesome job. He was extremely detailed and thorough when explaining everything. When it came to asking questions, he was very willing to provide an understanding explanation. I felt we recieved really great feedback with what did and did not need to be worked on. The inspection report was also very well explained and understandable. David was very trusting and a nice/helpful person.

I was unable to be present for the inspection due to work commitments, so I sent someone to represent me. However, as you know, information is not always communicated perfectly or accurately, but I didn’t have to be concerned about that. I received an incredibly detailed report! This report included every single area with subcategories, headers, and checked boxes that indicated what was satisfactory, what required repairs, what was not observed, and so on. Additionally, there were comments regarding any findings and photographs that illustrated the findings related to the listed items. It was one of the best reports I’ve ever encountered for a home inspection! The fee was reasonable compared to other inspection companies; however, I found it to be quite cheap considering the amount of time the inspector dedicated and the thoroughness with which he examined the house. I also received the report that very evening. This company is exceptional. I can’t express enough positive things about it. Thank you very much!

Excellent and thorough inspection provided at a reasonable cost. Very accommodating for timing needs and for out of the ordinary scenarios while inspecting. We were buying a log cabin build that the seller did not leave or remove pets from the house. Mark handled it like a pro. Did not shy away from our questions, showing us hidden stuff, or going the extra mile. Would recommend.
