Imperial DS Valet

We've hired Imperial Valet for a bunch of our private events, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. From the moment guests arrived, the team was courteous, organized, and incredibly professional. They greeted everyone with a smile and made parking seamless — which took a huge load off our shoulders. It’s clear they takes pride in their service and attention to detail. I highly recommend them for any event — they truly added a touch of class and professionalism to the entire day.

One night last week, one of their restaurant valets made a mistake with my car...stuff happens. I expected there to be a problem but the head office took care of it on the spot, with both efficiency and a great attitude. That's not common for a valet company and says a lot of good things about their operation. I would think that would indicate their Limousine service would be first rate.

This is the best thing you have done for the building. The men are professional, kind and extremely helpful. Ethan is an amazing manager. Given the space they have for parking and in the driveway they truly have figured out how to do it will little pain for the residents. Please let’s keep the valet

I had a terrible experience with this valet service. After trusting them with my vehicle, I discovered that cash had been stolen from inside my car. When I brought it to their attention, the response was unhelpful and dismissive. A valet company is supposed to provide safety and security for your vehicle, but that was not the case here.
