When life gives you a flat call Imperial Diesel! New tire and 45 minutes later we were good to go. He got there fast and since we were out of town he helped us get a new tire so we could keep our spare for the road. In no time we has a new running tire ready to go! Friendly and honest people too. Had a blowout in Waco, on our way to Dallas in the middle of the night. We couldn’t find anybody to help until we called them and they came right away and fixed our tire. We can’t say enough, thank God there’s still good people in this world.

Solid company, solid people. Spoke to Eli over the phone and he jumped right into action. Sounds cliche, but when no one else answered or didn’t wanna work on my truck Imperial was the only one ready to help me my driver out. They were out there in approx 15 minutes. Great communication, solid work, very professional and straight to the point. I will be using them from now and on.

They were called out on a 96 degree Sunday afternoon, to change the alternator in my truck. They took the time to call around and find the part needed, then drove a 3 hour round trip to pick it up. They kept me well informed with their eta and when they got here went right to work. Eli and Jorge work well together got the job done and then stayed to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. Hopefully I don't ever need them again, but if I do, i will definitely call them again.
