Justice was my hairstylist she did such an amazing job cutting and darkening my hair I was so happy at the end. I’ve never gone anywhere to get my hair done I’ve always just did it myself but I’m so glad I went there. Her and her coworkers are so sweet and helpful. I definitely recommend going there.

I went to this salon for keratin treatment, and after waiting for 3 days, when I washed my hair all keratin effect was completely gone, I called them and asked for the refund as it costed me 500$ and they said they cannot offer me any refund despite knowing that their keratin treatment was shitty and with first hair wash, my hair was back to original or even worse than original. Definitely not recommend this place for any sort of hair treatment. My 500$ went down the drain. I have to edit this review to respond back to the owner who replied back to me on this. First of all, you did my keratin and I used the shampoo that you gave me at the salon, with first wash, all effect worn off, and then I called your salon and asked for partial refund since I spent 500$ including tip and you guys never offered me any refund so it is a scam, and you stated that why would a person spend 437$ and not do post keratin care, I know the post keratin care and I know about sulfate free shampoos, you even used harsh chemical on me like formaldehyde and the effect went away with first wash in 3 days, and no refund offered to me for doing such a careless job. This is infuriating and NO ONE should get KERATIN treatment here!!!! My 500$ is hard earned money not to be spent on SCAMS

Had a delightful time with Katie and Justice today for my first hair cut and eyebrow wax at Image Solutions. The online booking process was easy, the vibe of the salon was welcoming, and I walked out with a great new look!! 10/10 would recommend

I was shocked upon checking out for a root touch up and some low lights (no haircut). $388! While the stylist was sweet and professional, and I liked the outcome, I was not expecting the cost. My fault, she did ask if I wanted a quote, and I said no. On top of the insane price, my hair color has faded to a brassy color only 1 month later. Get a quote people, I should have 😢

Katie and her entire team are absolutely fantastic! I started coming to Image Solutions Salon at 21 years old (now 28) and I was nervous because I never had a good hair cut experience in my life. Katie listened, empathized, and talked me through every action and made me feel so comfortable. The end result of every appointment was exactly what I wanted! I have even started dying my hair with her as well (first time in my life) and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I receive so many compliments on my hair! Everyone here is a true professional and are so highly trained you know you are in great hands every time you walk in the door. I highly HIGHLY recommend Image Solutions to anyone in the area looking for a stylist.

If you want your hair dreams to come true, book an appointment with Abby. She is incredible! She listened to everything I wanted and more. I can be indecisive at times, I'll list out a bunch of things I want and she someone knows how to pull them all together and execute them perfectly. I've never loved my hair as much as I do after seeing Abby. She will go above and beyond for you. Anything from a haircut to balayage to a wash and blowout, she will exceed your expectations.

Abby is amazing! She did an incredible job blending my grays to perfection and the best hair cut I’ve ever had. She listened to my needs and gave me her professional input.

I’ve been going to Katie for years. She’s the absolute best! I trust her completely with my hair color and she understands my need for low maintenance color and styles. I keep coming back be she takes her time, is thorough and always checks in with what I’m enjoying or not enjoying about my hair. You won’t regret it!

I love my regular hair appointments at Image Solutions but was able to add the Relax and Reset special on this particular cold, snowy day to up the pampering self care a bit. What a warm, relaxing treat! The scalp massage was wonderful while the eye and lip masks worked their magic, all while under a warm fuzzy blanket and eye mask. I could feel a difference from the lip mask immediately, great for this cold weather, and even though I always appreciate and enjoy when someone else just washes my hair this extra scalp massage was next level! Highly enjoyed and recommend!

Cannot recommend image solutions enough! Everyone is very friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Katie the owner has been so helpful with teaching me how to care for my curly hair!
