I had a wonderful experience at this Immediate Care. From start to finish, everyone was friendly, kind, and professional. Fran at the front desk welcomed me warmly and made the check-in process smooth. Tina, the medical assistant, was gentle and attentive, and Dr. Inriham was very thorough with my B12 shot, taking the time to explain everything and making sure I was comfortable. I really appreciated how caring and personable the whole team was. It made the visit easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this office!

Thank you, Tina and Dr I and the rest of the amazing staff herefor treating my daughter this morning. She was suffering from an asthma attack and even though the waiting room was full with patients Tina brought us back immediately and Dr I was able to treat her and provide the necessary medical care. We are so grateful. Thank you all again for your kindness and support.

The staff and doctors are incredible. They make you feel important whether it's your first visit or your 100th. They truly care and truly take time to help patients. Highly recommend.

The best place to start is from the very beginning . The moment I walked into IMA, the entire staff were attentive, caring and on the ball. The medical aides were prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the professionalism of care and knowledge of Dr.Ibrahim. A big shout out and thanks to the entire team!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience at this place. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, informed, and well taken care of. Doctor Ibrahim was nothing short of amazing. She’s not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns, explained everything in a way I could understand, and made me feel like more than just another patient. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she treats. The nurses and front desk staff were just as exceptional, friendly, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. The office was clean, organized, and the wait time was minimal.

I just brought my mom to IMA urgent care for UTI. My mom has great difficulty getting around and walks very unsteady with a cane. Everyone there was unbelievably accommodating and helpful. Tina treated my mom like a queen and made sure she was safe from beginning to end. It was much appreciated. Dr Ibrahim took great care of my mom and Fran at the front desk was lovely. Thank you so much!

My experience was great. I was seen right away. The staff was kind and caring while I waited for the doctor to stitch my finger. She did a topnotch job of repairing my wound. If I ever have another episode where I need "urgent care", I wouldn't go anywhere else!

This past Monday I took my husband who has Parkinson’s to IMA for a possible UTI. What should have been easy turned into a 2 hour ordeal. My husbands legs gave in he couldn’t walk could barely move , couldn’t stand . The entire staff there came to help me. The young lady at the front desk sat with him while I ran home to get him medicine. After about 2 hours and being examined by the doctor he still could barely walk. The entire staff and the doctor walked him out to the car and got him in the car for me. I can’t say how touched I was and still am how kind they were to us. Of course I was frazzled myself can’t remember any names besides Tina who called me to give me results . Thank you all very much for your kindness and help,

I had a horrible experience here when questioned why the doctor gave a patient a suppressant when they were short of breast I was told I was being hostile and the office manager herself told me to wait outside! The level of defensive pompous smug attitude I was met with was astonishing ! The officer manager said when I get a medical degree, I can ask those questions do you’ve gotta be kidding me! Also they didn’t even take her oxygen saturation the first time! We had to go back and then they took it in a very indigent manner! The level of arrogance! In no way shape or form was I hostile! If hostile is conducting yourself respectfully not raising your voice, not cutting anyone off simply asking sound. Medical questions is hostile then I apparently all those workers in there that heard me speak with respect well I wonder if they thought I was being hostile and I’m curious if the Manager, who asked me if I had a medical degree and when I get one, I can ask those questions. I wonder if she has one.
