On Friday, December 20th, IMA – Integrated Medicine Alliance patients donated over $3,000 in non-perishable food, clothing and toys to Middletown Helps Its Own this holiday season. 275 gift boxes filled with a holiday meal, new toys and clothing were delivered to local families on Saturday, December 21 st by Middletown Helps Its Own volunteers, local fire departments and churches.
“Our patients are truly the most amazing. They are generous beyond measure,” state IMA’s Dr. John Haddad.
Middletown Helps Its Own is an all-volunteer non-profit which provides holiday meals and presents as well as limited utility assistance to families who live in Middletown. Middletown Helps Its Own has been in existence since 1964.
