Absolutely outstanding service from Jeff at Illawarra Pressure Pro. From the very first point of contact, he was quick, punctual and professional, and that level of service carried right through the entire job. We had him complete a full house clean including the roof, solar panels, driveway and more, and the results were unreal. What impressed me most was that even though the job turned out to be bigger than it looked in the photos provided for quoting, Jeff still went above and beyond and made sure everything was done properly without cutting corners. That kind of pride in your work is hard to find. He didn’t just do the job, he made sure everything was perfect. On top of that, he even came and met me personally when I got home from work to make sure I was happy with the end result, which says a lot about the kind of person and business he is. Could not recommend Illawarra Pressure Pro highly enough. Jeff delivers genuine quality, excellent service and takes real pride in what he does. We’ll definitely be booking him in regularly to keep the house looking clean and fresh.
