Ilenia is an incredibly competent and professional trainer. She is a very kind and genuine person, which makes every session enjoyable. It's always great to have a quick chat with her between sets, and she has a great way of making even the toughest workouts feel lighter and more motivating. I highly recommend her!

I’ve been training with Ilenia for nearly 6 months, and thanks to her I’ve made significant long term positive changes to the way I exercise but also my nourishment and mentality. She is encouraging with the most infectious positive energy and is incredibly dedicated to her clients. Even on days when I haven’t felt motivated, I’ve always come away from my sessions feel happier and better in myself !
