EPDM Waterproofing system installed with new dry ridge.
This property came under threat by high winds in the Hamworthy area, The EPDM system completely failed down to bad workmanship from the previous contractor. We managed to save the Membrane, add some length so it sat nicely into the trims, patch a hole and made sure we let the glue tack for 5-10 mins before re-laying.
All-in-all the customer was very happy as we managed to save some money, but also give his the guarantee that the job was done correctly this time around.
