We’ve just completed this lovely Alwitra single ply membrane balcony in Dorchester.
This turned into a project, creating a whole new roof with a fall so the rain water runs to each end creating a much stable and more important waterproof balcony, All new code 4 lead flashing, All new warm roof system including oversized drainage system.
The customer is over the moon and can’t wait to finish this area off with more plants and a BBQ area.
