Fatmir and his son were on time, professional, kind, and most importantly… they did a GREAT job! Our house was built in 2020 and this was the first time we had our fireplace serviced and cleaned. It looks brand new and works like it did the day we moved in. 10/10

We tried to book Asher for a repair, his quote was higher than normal, we tried to negotiate the price, regardless, he was firm with his price, After discussing a possible visit for a monday appt, he contacted and mentioned he is not able to take on the project because we tried negotiating the price, I was willing to pay whatever cost after that since it was the only source of heatings we had and the rest of appt with other companies were two weeks in. Anyway i wouldnt trust his appointments as he can change his mind last min for no specific reason

We have a gas fireplace that was in needed of service (we didn’t service it for 3 years) and it was way overdue. Fatmir was fast and efficient at fixing up our fireplace. I should have taken a before picture but my bars below were falling apart, hot air stopped blowing and the glass was very dirty inside and outside! I will have him come back and service it every year from now on!

Fatmir and his son did an outstanding job cleaning and starting up my gas fireplace for the year. Fatmir was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained my signature command system fireplace controls. Fatmir was also able to provide me with a quote to complete my outdoor fireplace. Absolutely recommend Ignite for all your fireplace needs.

So called these guys 4 times 1st appt scheduled they apparently finished early somewhere else tried calling was busy with my elderly grandma at a appt called when done they said no one answered cuz we were done early somewhere else tried calling so we went ahead on to the next location. Second time scheduled waited all day apparently ran out of time couldn’t back it ok shit happens third time waited half a day pushback twice till canceled because apparently truck problems the 4th time they come out and because they didn’t bring proper equipment couldnt do so they are a joke I would give a negative if I could because one be prepared this is what you do and two I get it things happen but come on really I have been waiting 2 weeks in this cold front to use the fireplace and help because we moved into a new house and just wanted to make Sure it’s safe I wouldn’t recommend them

Fatmir was amazing from start to finish. He was knowledgeable about the different fireplaces options and helped guide us to make the best decision for our family. He was very communicative throughout the whole process. He showed up on time and worked hard to make sure everything was done in a timely matter. His staff was very friendly and easy to work with. We are so happy with our new fireplace and look forward to using him for maintenance. Can’t recommend them enough!

Simply the best! We so appreciated the cleaning and inspection of a gas fireplace that was new to us. Fatmir went above and beyond our expectations, making it look brand new and replacing the iffy wall switch. Very helpful explanations. Will definitely use their services again.
