I had a lot of small fiddly jobs required in my bathroom and Igloo sorted them all out to 110% satisfaction. Rest assured top quality workmanship and friendly workmen. As stated, the jobs were numerous and fiddly but Igloo sorted them out. I have worked at an aerospace company in Derby for 34 years and the workmanship and service was R-R standard. My partner has used Igloo for a few years to service his boiler and have some other gas work done at his house and we were very pleased with how Matt works; on time, efficient and reliable, so when I needed a new boiler & radiators, I was confident in using Igloo for this job. Along with the new boiler, fitted in a different position in the house, I also had a couple of new radiators, the recommended ’power flush’ for the existing radiators and a magnetic filter fitted to the new boiler. My experience from start to finish was fantastic. The communication with Natalie has been exceptional. Responding to all my queries (there were many) and confirming the minute details needed beforehand that makes the job run smoothly on the day and giving me advice and information about the radiator I was purchasing myself. Matt arrived on time and diligently set to work removing all the old water tanks, laying a new gas route and fitting the new boiler & radiators. Very satisfied with all the work that was done. Tidy, conscientious, polite and professional, I would highly recommend to others. Excellent value for money - especially the ‘power flush’ as this has boosted the efficiency of the radiators no end - so much that I had new thermostat controls fitted to the radiators the following month so I could turn them down. Thank you, Matt and Natalie, for an excellent job well done. My home has never been so warm! Coming up to its 1st service this August (2020) and no issues to report.

Matt has done a few jobs in our home. From boiler service to fitting our bathroom floor. Always does a brilliant job and very prompt at replying if you ever need to contact him. Cannot recommend enough.

After moving into a new house about 3 years ago, I needed some repair work on the plumbing. I found Igloo around that time and I've been using them ever since. The price is incredibly competitive, both owners are a joy to speak to and I honestly could not recommend them enough. I plan on turning my flat into a rental while I move away but I'll be sure to ask letting agents to forward any plumbing / heating work to Igloo, they're that trustworthy.

Matt fitted our boiler 2 years ago and we were really happy with the work so wanted him back to do the service which was due. We were happy again with everything and he was polite and professional from start to finish. Would definitely recommend him.

I contacted Igloo after the plumbers I used last year failed to respond. Natalie replied quickly, Matt turned up on time on the day for the boiler service, was very quick and efficient with his work, and left it nice and tidy.
