I recently completed my CGSB training, with over 15 years of experience in the NDT field I must say that Donald Lucic was the best instructor I've ever had. I had the occasion to meet with Donald Lucic at his shop today to discuss a concern I had with a pair of motorcycle handlebars that had sustained some damage. Though the damage was minor, I wanted to be certain that this important component was safe to use. Donald took the time to throughly examine the parts and provided me with a complete assessment of what the inspection process would entail. Being a small job did not deter him from devoting his attention to my concerns about the safety of the parts. I contracted him to do the inspection and I can say that he was extremely thorough in the work that was performed. Thanks to his efforts, I am now satisfied that I have components that will not compromise the safety of myself and fellow motorists when riding my motorcycle. There is a reason Donald Lucic comes highly recommended. I have recently taken his MPI and LPI courses and I can say with the utmost confidence that he is the best Level 3 that the NDT industry currently has. This man cares about what he does and not only does it show within his students success rate but along with his way of delivering theory knowledge, Donald's experience and immaculate shop setup are all things that made my experience one to never forget. From formerly running the test centre at NAIT, working with CGSB and continuously writing/updating policy and codes for the industry, IDL is the ONLY place that should be considered with regards to NDT. Took the M&P course with Donald. Exceptional!!! Learned a lot in the 4 days. Donald is quite knowledgeable and very good at explaining things in depth.

Just spent 3 weeks doing Ultrasonics training with Donald. I Would highly recommend IDL for NDT training . The course fees are very reasonable, the course structure is a great mix of theory and practical hands on learning. Donald also showed he will go out of his way to ensure every student is understanding the material and getting the best education possible. I plan to go through IDL for any future NDT training.

I just completed my UT training with Donald of IDL Inspection (Edmonton). I must say a lot of information to digest during the 2 weeks training but he made the course easy, fun, interactive and interesting for us during this time. Very knowledgeable person. I highly recommend Donald and his team.
