Did you know that Owls flew silently?
You may have seen owls in movies such as Harry Potter or others. When you see these birds of prey, Hollywood often will use their sound editing skills to ADD sound to the flight of the birds.
Even though there was no noise, the sound editors added the sound "to make it more natural".
Have you ever thought about the things you're doing now that aren't natural and maybe shouldn't be done?
Maybe you can look through your day and schedule and see where you're just "working" vs where you're actually being productive.
Maybe it's time to make the flight silent.
