How Cabinet Refacing Works
In our previous post, we talked about why you don't always need to rip out your old cabinets and install new ones. Here's what cabinet refacing actually looks like:
1. Prep & Remove - We remove your old cabinet doors and drawer fronts, leaving the strong cabinet boxes in place.
2. New Veneer - The exterior of your cabinet boxes gets covered with real wood veneer to match your new look.
3. New Doors & Drawers - We install brand new cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and upgraded drawer boxes if needed.
4. Finishing Touches - New hardware, trim, and soft-close features complete the transformation.
The result? A kitchen that looks brand new in just 2 to 5 days, depending on the size of your kitchen, without weeks of demolition or the cost of a full remodel.
