Project Complete
Our latest project, a manufacturing facility located in Maryborough West, is complete. The 30,000m2 development, the equivalent of 24 Olympic swimming pools, includes some impressive design features such as eleven, 10 tonne travelling gantry cranes with a 20 metre span, pushing the limits of structural engineering.
The facility's construction utilised approximately 2,400 tonnes of structural steel and over 20,000 cubic metres of concrete for the slabs. IDC Construct was engaged for both the early design and construction phases, in addition to managing the civil works. The integrated approach enabled seamless construction under a single scope and contract, improving overall project efficiency and cost management.
The completion of this project demonstrates our ability to navigate technical challenges and ultimately stands as a testament of our commitment to innovative design and quality structures.
