"I first met Kailen in 2016 when he submitted his late tender for our construction project. At that time, he was quite young, and I initially questioned whether he had the experience to handle such a substantial project. I was torn between choosing Kailen and a more seasoned builder. However, my Mum, with her sage advice, encouraged me to give Kailen a chance. There was something about his mature character, calm demeanour, and relentless determination that convinced me my Mum was right. Eight years later, Kailen has successfully completed numerous projects with us, and I now consider him not just a builder, but a friend. They say that friendships forged through business can last a lifetime, and this has proven true, especially during 2023, which was one of my most challenging years.
