Cody, the job superintendent for DirtCo, was great to work with. Cody had great communication and was always available. His company was also far less expensive than another bid I had. DirtCo finished the job 1-day earlier than they projected and left the job site in perfect condition.

I am incredibly disappointed with DirtCo’s handling of the City of Nampa utility project by my property. Their crew demonstrated severe negligence, leaving an unmarked, hazardous 6-foot excavation hole completely open in my yard, endangering my family and pets. They also broke my fence and left behind a now failed, unpermitted irrigation repair that caused flooding. We have repeatedly tried to work with them in good faith to resolve this, but management has completely stonewalled us. Cody has flatly refused to come on-site to even inspect the failure, let alone offer to repair the extensive damages his crew caused. Furthermore, I have sent multiple emails requesting the basic project notes associated with my address and their Certificate of Insurance (COI) so we can handle this properly. Cody has essentially refused to provide them, actively dodging these explicit requests. Because they refuse to take accountability, provide documentation, or even look at the damage they caused, we are out a large sum for repairs we didn’t get to choose to fix with our own contractor and are forced to pursue formal legal action and a Tort Claim. Save yourself the massive headache and avoid this company. Their substandard work is matched only by their abysmal customer service and lack of transparency.

As a developer, builder, and general contractor with nearly 30 years of experience, I have worked with many companies, and DirtCo truly stands out. I have had the pleasure of working with them on both a large scale demolition project and a major commercial job, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were exceptional from start to finish. They did exactly what they promised, honored their proposals without surprises, and consistently went above and beyond on multiple occasions. That level of integrity and follow through is hard to find in this industry. DirtCo is the perfect size. They are large enough to handle substantial projects, yet small enough to provide personalized service and genuine attention to their clients.
