Just had Bax come out for a general treatment - he was very thorough and even fumigated under the house. Very competitive pricing. He was professional and explained what I needed to do (or not do). I'll update this review in a few weeks if the treatment wasn't effective but so far so good!

Adam is one of the genuinely nicest blokes I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. We had a cockroach problem left behind from previous tenants which was causing us much concern as we have a young baby who is crawling around the house. Adam arrived and immediately put our stress at ease. He told us everything is solvable , and we would get the issue sorted. Adam took the time to listen to us and understand the problem, then commenced with a treatment through the entire property and outdoors as well as to into the communal areas. He left traps out for us to monitor, and explained to us throughout the process exactly what he was doing and why, along with preventative measures we can take. Most impressively, Adam took our calls in the following days as we had additional questions, and then proactively reached out a few weeks after to check the progress. We had seen one stray cockroach by the outside door (likely from outside), but Adam still came by again to do a final spray to make sure the problem was eliminated completely. I don’t often write reviews in this depth, but felt compelled to do so due to the exceptional quality of service we received through the entire process. We recently experienced a serious pest issue at home, with large cockroaches coming through the floorboards and mosquitos becoming a constant problem. Adam was amazing. Super nice guy, really friendly, polite, and easy to talk to. He was really attentive, listened to everything I mentioned, explained what he was doing so clearly, and made sure to see if we had an questions. You could tell he actually cares about doing a proper job, not just getting in and out quickly. He was on time, professional, thorough, and respectful around the house. Just an all-round great person who clearly knows his stuff. Couldn’t recommend him more, will be doing my grandma's place next.

Today I had Jeff come to my place and do the general pest control for inside and outside of my house and my sofa which had a small issue of bed bugs. When I first enquired to book in they got back to me within the hr and gave me clear instructions of what needed to be done before they came and did the service. Also they sent constant updates of my service and reminders. When Jeff arrived he was very polite and professional and advised me what will happen with this service and what care action I need to take after. Both the pest control service and customer service was amazing. I have already booked them in for my next general pest control in the next 6 months in Jan 2026.
