Icebox Cool Stuff

Their customer service is horrible. I purchased a few things and received everything super quick (so far so good) one of the items was some joggers that run super huge. I called to see how I can return it. I was told I had to pay for shipping to exchange it. Not a problem except that it would cost the same to ship back as the price of the item. So might as well buy it again. So I call customer service, first time I get hung up on. I call back and get someone on the phone who sounds like they hate being at work either she was eating the phone or the phone was in the kitchen and she was in the bathroom. So I end up speak with the person I wanted to speak to. I asked if I could just purchase the item again and not have to pay shipping (shipping was just as much as the item) I was told no shipping would only be free on orders of $50 or more. I had already made an almost $90 purchase. Why would you do that. That is not customer service. They have no flexibility or try to help the customer in any way.

I live in Montana and somehow they got my credit card details and fraudulently charged me $166 for unknown services. They must be part of some sort of skimming operation. Be careful!!

Incredibly difficult to get someone on the phone. I have a big jog that is a rush and heard of this company and reached out. I pressed a million buttons with still no human contact. I give up! Next!

Uniforms are flimsy and ill fitting but they now are our only choice. Also they ship your package and then change your invoice to have higher shipping and send you a bill even though you have already paid a agreed upon price this company is very shady. Plus the shipping is already very high. This is a terrible company do not use them.

First and Foremost, Huge shoutout to Jenee!! I walked into icebox with a vision on a piece and Jenee fulfilled my vision effortlessly . She was on top of every aspect and ensured that all the ts were crossed and Is were dotted. I also got my item back in a timely fashion which was even more pleasant. I will definitely be shopping with her again !

Emailed for pricing - no answer. Emailed again - no answer. Called and talked to a rude/preoccupied receptionist that promised to have someone call back with pricing - 2 weeks later and still haven't heard anything. Hopefully their printing is better than their customer service.

Great service. Super friendly staff. Got a custom pendant for my mom and it came out beautifully. Definitely coming back again.
