Professional, efficient and extremely talented. We recently hired IC Custom Hardwood Flooring to refinish our first floor (which had unique and artisan patterns we wanted to maintain and repair where we could), strengthen and refinish our stairway and railing, add an upstairs railing and replace our second wood flooring. From start to finish, Eddie and his team maintained professional and consistent communication, explained several options for us, and kept us apprised of the project every step of the way. It was a big job, and they were able to finish in less than a week (even sooner than they projected). The results were incredible, the pricing was fair and consistent with market, and we're so glad to have chosen their team. We cannot say thank you enough, and would recommend to anyone no matter the job. Thank you again!

Beginning to end, IC Custom was a pleasure to work with. Eddie provided excellent customer service with rapid response times. Quote to replace compromised wood due to water damage and refinish the bedroom was far better than other companies in the area. They disassembled my bedframe, taped up areas to keep the rest of my condo clean & even helped put some things back in my closet before finishing the project. Highly recommend and would definitely use them for future projects.

My living room floor was in bad shape from many years of ruined carpeting. I was a bit worried about who could fix it with reasonable pricing. I had a Great experience with this company. Eddie was incredibly helpful and thorough and always got back to me in a timely manner if I had any questions. The crew also worked incredibly hard every day they were here. It ended up costing way less than I expected it to, but the quality was just as nice. I highly recommend them for any flooring needs!! (Only after photos added)

IC Custom HW Flooring exceeded my expectations on a recent floor refinishing project in my home. This was a challenging job given the fact that there were several different types of hardwood floors through the first floor of the home, so I was skeptical of what the outcome would be. IC was very timely and professional throughout the process. They kept me updated and finished faster than I anticipated. The finished product is exceptional. Eddie and his crew did an amazing job redoing my floors! I bought a new condo and wanted a new look before I moved in. Eddie was very professional, organized, and efficient. His crew was always on time each day to work. It took 3 days and it was a very smooth process. I changed to a natural color to my floor from a dark brown. They also showed me samples on my floor before starting the job. I would highly recommend their company to redo your wooden floors. Pictures attached!

He was also very accommodating with our move-in schedule and coordinating with other contractors. The floor refinishing and stair upgrade turned out beautifully. I had hardwood floors installed in 3 bedrooms a hallway n stairs, and I must say I’m very pleased with the work. This company is very professional they came in removed carpet , broke down beds , moved furniture n even put plastic to prevent dust from being everywhere. They started last Wednesday n was done friday. They was here everyday at 7:45 am prompt.My floors are beautiful. I also wanna thank Eddie who came by to make sure all was going well. I highly recommend this company! I’ve enclosed pictures,but floors are more lovely in person.

All aspects of the job were done professionally. I was pleased with the detail outlined in the quote, the care taken to keep the area clean and willingness to work with my schedule and the condo association needs. They matched the adjacent flooring with color and finish which looks seamless. I would definitely recommend them for your upgrade!

I am so thrilled with the work that IC Flooring completed! From start to finish it was a top notch operation! I was given a quote within a few days after I called, and we had the job completed in less than a month. We had a few complicated issues with moving a piano, and our audio visual cabinet, and they figured out a solution. They were on time and left the place immaculate when they were done. They were not the lowest quote that I received, but were 100% worth every penny. So happy we went with them!
