As first time buyers relocated over from Eastern Washington we really needed a trust worthy individual who knew the lay of the land and all the ins and outs of buying our first home. Y'all Ian was such a pleasure to work with. Anyone who has bought or sold a home knows how stressful and strange the whole process is, all the emotional labor and just plain hard work. So much of it is technical too, and requires an expert to understand and interpret the market, strategy, and logistics. Outstanding Agent! Ian is a very intelligent Agent who makes things happen correctly, on time, and worry free! My wife and I were first time home buyers, so this whole process seemed daunting but Ian was there to pave the way and answer all of our questions. Ian is very easy to talk to and really fun to work with and very understanding. We were worried about closing on a property out-of-state and having a time difference but he made it all seem so easy. Ian was the best agent we could have asked for. He was so patient, showed us so many houses, was very knowledgeable about construction types and tips, and was just everything an agent should be and more. When we had buyers remorse on our first offer, he felt it and guided us how to withdraw the offer and kept showing us properties. And when it’s over, it’s not over with him. He brought us a beautiful Christmas wreath long after closing. We would be proud to have him part of our family.
