I’m so glad I met Parker! After spending the last few years traveling the world working on Yachts, this guy with the super cool life decided it was time to settle down and start building his escape route. With his first purchase, he bought a Gig Harbor duplex! He’s a handy fellow and this place was the perfect fit, easily lowering his cost of living and giving him the opportunity to create sweat equity.
