These two retirees made a big move from Kirkland to Tacoma to be closer to family and get beautiful views of Commencement Bay + Mt. Rainier
What made this even more fun was when we found a duplex that checked all their boxes and would allow their daughter’s growing family to live right next door. Cameron is one month older than Bridger and I can only imagine how much fun it will be for him to grow up with all his favorite people nearby loving on him. And how nice for mom and dad to have built in babysitters!
This was such a great example of how multigenerational housing can be the best situation for some folks and a duplex in Proctor would turn out to be the dream home they were looking for!
