What an adventure! Marcus and Abbey were such a blast to work with. Jess has known Marcus since high school and we were so glad to help them with this homecoming!
We climbed in a lot of attics and crawlspace’s but after a year, 10 offers, 4 rescissions and one baby later we found the one! This turnkey home came with a ready to go ADU in the back to subsidize their expenses and will allow them to keep this place as a rental when they move on.
They made a smart choice to use real estate as a way to invest in their future retirement. I love how excited these two were to learn about investing, homeownership and construction. I’ll miss seeing them nearly every day! Congratulations!!
