At 22 years old, my client managed to save up and ask the right questions to make homeownership a possibility! This was hard work for him but he overcame every obstacle and now owns a duplex to show for it. We managed to find a place where he can rent by the room and actually get paid to live there! It’s going to put him on a whole new trajectory to building a strong financial foundation. I’m so proud of him and I can’t wait to see what his future looks like. Way to go Will!
