Luckily, we met Julie Holt at an open house and were immediately struck by her professional and friendly, straightforward approach representing the seller for that home and decided to engage her for our own home search. Our goal was to sell our out of state home (we had an agent there), purchase our dream home within Yavapai county and coordinate the timelines so we could close escrows on both properties within days of each other and move the out of state household directly to our new AZ home with no intermediate storage. This goal was accomplished! We closed escrow on the out of state sale and 3 days later we closed on the AZ purchase...2 days later our household was unloaded at the beautiful new home! Of course this required exceptional coordination by Julie with all parties involved - our out of state selling agent, the AZ seller’s agent, building inspectors, title companies and more… Julie’s upbeat and steadfast support throughout the 10 month home search in Yavapai county helped us zero in on an ideal rural property and she offered valued insight and information to assess the property’s wells, septics and she provided guidance to Yavapai county resources. Julie performed the final inspection of the AZ home for us while we were out of state and managed the transition of ownership very professionally while ensuring that information such as the home’s construction plans, operating/maintenance manuals and notes on special topics of concern were collected from the previous owners and provided for us. Julie also proposed the idea and negotiated on our behalf for essential equipment to remain on the property in lieu of repairs and as a result we were fully enabled on the day we moved in. We are grateful for the head start toward learning about the property and caring for it! It’s a joy waking up every morning in this beautiful home and we are forever grateful for Julie’s persistence in making our “impossible” dream a reality!
