My Cummins ISX15 had been acting up for a week—really rough idling, a ton of white smoke, and it just felt like it had no power going up the hills on I-55. I was starting to get worried it was something major. Brought it into I-55 Truck and Trailer Repair, and they diagnosed it as a bad EGR valve right away. The whole team was so professional; they explained everything in a way I could actually understand and had me back on the road quicker than I expected. As an over the road driver, it's a huge relief to have a trustworthy shop like this so far from home. You can tell they really know their stuff and stand by their work. I'll definitely be coming back for all my big rig needs.

BEWARE! DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE! I had service done on 6/23/25. I had bad wheel bearings on the rear of my Dodge 3500. They replaced both of them. I left around noon that day. I took the truck home and it sat until July 2nd. It had an awful noise in the rear. I stopped at a shop in Kansas because it felt like my wheel was falling off. It was falling off! They had broke 6 studs on the inside wheel of my passenger side wheel. They had been torqued down too much. He left the studs broken. The wheel bearings were not properly seated so they were now bad again plus the seals and my truck was low on diff fluid because they didn’t put any in after replacing the wheel bearings. My rearend now has shavings in the diff fluid because I was low on diff fluid. I spoke to the owner. He doesn’t care that I have all these issues. He did tell me that he would reimburse me for the visit at his shop. Don’t take anything you have there. The pictures and videos are attached.
