I-40 Truck & Trailer Repair

I’ve had this company tow my truck twice and now it me of my cars, this time a guy named Brian helped me out he was great! They’ve showed up within in 10-20 minutes each time. Ever time been super nice my vehicle never been damaged in any way. And they also recharged my battery. They’re amazing I’d never use another company. Couldn’t recommend they enough.

Needed tow help at 10pm the night before Thanksgiving. The team was out within the hour to get me towed out of a dirt hole, and was extremely efficient, with a high level of care for my new vehicle. Pricing was extremely reasonable for any time of year, let alone the crunch of late evening the night before a holiday. Also extremely personable - Truly could not recommend more.

1st off let me start by saying I wish I could give way more than 5 stars! I was on my way home from work when my car beeped to inform me my tire was a little low. I stopped by Ingles to pick up a couple things then drove over to the gas station to get gas and put some air in my tire. As I was pumping up my tire I noticed it was getting flatter not fuller and I ended up with a completely flat tire. As I was standing there stressing and trying to figure out what I was going to do and how I was going to get home and to work I see a tow truck pull in to get gas. I debated on weather or not to go ask for some help but I didn't know what else to do so I walk over. I explained I had a flat tire and asked if he could come check it out and tell me if there was anything I could do to fix it enough to get home and he was more then happy to take a look. He filled it up for me and upon inspection found out I had a screw in my tire that was causing it to leak and leak fast. That's when this amazing human being restored my faith in humanity when he offered to fix it even after me explaining I had no cash on me to pay him for his services. He got some stuff off his truck took the screw out of it and patched it up saving me from missing work and having to go buy a new tire. Unfortunately I didn't get the guys name but I want you to know how over the top grateful I am for your kindness and help!

I can't say enough good things about this gentleman. I broke down, coolant leak. Just by chance he pulled in to the truck stop. He diagnosed the problem immediately. He wouldn't even let me give him something for his time. Thank you so much.

Awesome service. I broke down on the side of the road. Called him up, and he asked me where I was and ask what the truck was doing and said he'll be there in 10 minutes. 5 minutes later he shows up, jumps right on it and gets me going. Even followed me back to the truck stop and pulled in to make sure everything wss still ok.. Super good people that will treat you right.

Have you ever wished someone would have a big enough heart to stop and help you while stranded on the side of the road?! Well this company was that someone! I’d recommend this company to anyone in need especially my fellow truckers, HOTSHOTS as well if you’re ever in need of Roadside assistance! This company tops any in the area! Not greedy, no scam, no outrageous fee! Just pure love and respect for the people they help! I could never thank I40 enough for the unimaginable gesture they gave my driver who was hauling a HIGH CUBE container and blew a steer tire. The industry has been brutal on so many including my company and it’s been absolutely rough. I40 saved us a huge hit to the bottom line and went beyond the call of duty to assist in getting us off the side of the mountain and out of harms way for myself and all the others that use the road! Once again, if your ever in need and you see my post trust when I say this is who I’d choose! Love you I40! We’ll never forget what you did on 11/4/24!

I was in a wreck in Canton, NC today. Although I didn’t utilize I-40 Truck & Trailer Repair, Chris happened to be on his way to a repair job and stopped to help. He was simply a Good Samaritan that helped keep me calm and safe during one of the most traumatic days of my life. Endless gratitude for his kindness!

I been in trucking business over 15 years, but I never meet a towing company who will treat you fair , but Chris was awesome , I wish they have location everywhere else. Very professional, on time, very kind. You are the best , good luck guys !!!
