Since the start of 2024, I had trouble with my Veloster Turbo stopping on its own when idling, and the Start button cranking for 10-20 seconds but when the engine is finally on - the RPM registers zero and the needle doesn't move at all. Went to original Hyundai service in KL, about 2-3 times already, spent nearly RM 1K but problem still NOT settled 😢 FINALLY, today I came here after a Google search and MY CAR PROBLEM SETTLED IN 1+ HOUR for RM 400+ ONLY when they changed the Crankshaft Position Sensor 🤩 Thank you so much Miss Vivien and Mister Boss Manager Handsome Guy, PLEASE COME HERE FOR YOUR HYUNDAI CAR ISSUES AND THEY SURE WILL TRY TO HELP YOU 😃

On 3 August 2024, I had my car serviced here. I got the engine oil changed and the coolant flushed. I was considering servicing my Ioniq here after its warranty ends on its 8th anniversary, so I decided to try them out with my Rio since I read many promising reviews on Google. Everything seemed fine at first. However, when I arrived home and popped the engine bonnet, I was surprised to find my engine soaked with coolant. The water temperature control housing was leaking coolant, even though it was perfectly fine before the service. I had specifically asked them not to disconnect the hose during the flush, but to use the drain plug instead, yet they did it anyway. I suspect their foreman disassembled the housing, causing the leak, but they won’t admit it. As a result, I decided to have the repair done closer to home since their location is far. But I’m not sure if this happened by chance, if something else went wrong, or if it’s just bad luck. Also, please repair your air conditioning—the place was really hot. The servicing cost is quite affordable, though.

My car has been facing ECU problem, sent to make workshop to fix but problem kept coming back. Found century autohaus and sent my car for an overall check, the manager called and get details info with me, also gave me very detail explanation on my car condition before fixed. Overall the total fixed charges is affordable & cheaper compared to the others. Highly recommendated👍👍👍

The boss & all they staff was too friendly, can have a joke & talkative, Vivian treat my lunch since I was 5-6 hours waiting for my car service done, I went into their service area when they service my vehicle as i want to check my car condition, the technician was too "TELITI" doing the job & friendly too, quality job are my first priority and they fulfill my expectations, I wish I can post all the photos of my sweet memories with those staff over here. Plus! I got alot free gift 🤣🤣🤣 (bluetooth speaker, calendar & flexible drinking bottle. Good find near my house for a place to repair my Hyundai car. Overall staff are friendly and technically sound with clear explanation given to myself prior to repair. Pricing are also reasonable. Clean and comfortable waiting area, while waiting for them to sort out the repair and since prior appointment are required, I was the only one here during this time.

Customer service tiptop. Checking and troubleshooting seems so easy for them. In short time they can pin point the root cause. Explanation easy to understand. Willing to attend me even no appointment + last minute.

I just purchase a used sorento. Decide to do full inspection here. What a pleasant experience. The customer service, advice and workmanship are very good. Highly recommended since they are very specialized in korean cars.
