I can't say enough about how great of an experience I have had. Mitch and Ben are just great. I was nervous at my first session and they coached me through everything and made sure I was comfortable. They made every session easy. I have been impressed with how quickly I started seeing a difference with only a few treatments. I have seen pain reduction as well as gaining mobility in my shoulder which was limited from and old surgery. I highly recommend!

This facility is fabulous. I hope the owner realizes how fabulous his staff is. Veronica, the patient coordinator was friendly and super easy to work with and wasted no time getting me stated. The Tech is intelligent, answered all my questions, very nice and does an excellent job running the chambers everyday. She really takes pride in her work and cares about her patients. I recently underwent four weeks of hyperbaric treatment at HHS of Palatka for Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss. Hyperbaric treatment can be a little scary and can make you feel not in control of your situation but the staff here made the experience not only tolerable but actually pleasant. Shaniya, the nurse/tech is just really good at her job, managing the routine aspects very efficiently while being friendly and fun. Plus we had some great discussions about movies since she’s had to watch an awful lot of them. Mitch got me scheduled in very quickly as prompt treatment is apparently very important with my diagnosis and followed my progress closely. Everyone there was professional and caring and I was very glad that I was referred to Hyperbaric Health Services Palatka for my treatment.

I completed 40 sessions here last week. The facility is clean and welcoming. Mitch, the owner is great. He greets you with a big smile every day and was very friendly and helpful. Shania, the nurse was excellent as well. Very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone in need of hyperbaric oxygen treatment.

Mitch, Leiane and Cassie are the absolute best in the business. I have never had such an experience in a medical office. Not only are they experts in Hyperbaric and wound care but you will be made to feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you arrive. I really can not say enough about them. Hyperbaric therapy has been a life saver and a game changer for me in so many ways. No medication had ever touched the debilitating brain symptoms I experienced due to severe chronic brain inflammation and was seriously depressed when I walked in the door. I'm feeling great relief like no other treatment. They have guided me through every step of the way and have been kind, caring, and compassionate throughout the whole ordeal. I recently received hyperbaric treatment at the Palatka facility and was extremely impressed with the level of care and professionalism I received. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. The treatment was effective and I saw noticeable improvements in my condition. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of hyperbaric treatment.

I met Mitch. Joe , LeAnn, n Jason 6 weeks ago after I had foot surgery at PCMC. it was for wound care n I had to have my insurance company agree to an exception due to the Hyperbaric Health Services not being in network. PTL the exception was made n I under went 5 weeks of sessions 5 times a week ( total of 30 sessions) I found the staff very knowledgeable, professional, n accommodating with my busy schedule. I finished last week n I must I am going to miss them n my being able catch on old MASH episodes. Daily I could get through 3 n a half episodes before being brought up from 40 feet below the surface during the treatment. Treatment time was 2 hours a day. My wound is almost healed n I have never felt better. If you need their services please go see Mitch, he n the rest of team were fabulous. I recommend them highly.

A comfortable and safe facility. The chambers are medical grade and new. They have knowledgeable hyperbaric physicians and technicians who treat a variety of conditions. There is also an in-house wound care doctor. It is easy to get to with little traffic and easy parking. It is a very warm environment and the entire staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable.
