We recently had Shawn for our annual service on our hydronic boiler and heating system, as well as our fireplace and it was the most thorough check-up we’ve ever had. Shawn not only took the time to explain everything clearly, he also offered helpful advice and options for future considerations. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Shawn has been part of two bathroom projects, new natural gas line from meter (including line for BBQ hook up) and recently relocated a water line for upgrades to a family room. His and Jame’s work was professional, timely and done in detail. Plus, I must add it’s always a pleasure discussing projects with someone who truly enjoys his work and making his customers feel confident!

I’m more than happy to give Shawn the very best review I can. He totally broke down the 29 year old insert in my fireplace, obtained new replacement parts, cleaned everything and then tested for CO2, adjusted the flame for a clean burn and advised he would return to re-adjust the flame if needed. I’ve had the insert serviced nearly every year but now realize I didn’t receive value for money before.

Shawn has done excellent work with the water pipes and plumbing on our 115 year old home. He helped with leaks, the hammering and updating plus redirecting our old shut off water valve to be more accessible. I would highly recommend him.

We were having a house built in 2022 and Shawn was the plumber contracted by the builder and I have to say out of all the contractors Shawn was by far the best to deal with, he went above and beyond to make sure my homes plumbing was done to our satisfaction , even after we moved in he was still available to answer any questions we might have. 2021 Hydrologic completely re plumbed our home removing all the old poly B pipes that the Insurance company would no longer insure the home due to this out of date plumbing product from the 80’s. Every step along the way was communicated and Sean owner of Hydrologic fairly quoted and finished the job in a timely manner cleaning up and restoring water to the home and also installed a smart meter on the hot water tank. 2023 We recently had him redo all the plumbing in the detached garage and guest suite, once again quoting, Installing, completely the job on time! Thank you!
