TJ is one of the most experienced, knowledgeable and trustworthy plumbers out there! I almost dare you to find another better than him! He truly cared about me as a customer and treated me like a human being, rather than just another customer. He was more professional, honest, and courteous than 2 other plumbers I've consulted with. He is also very flexible and skilled in assessing various options to solve any particular plumbing situation. He spends the right amount of time to investigate an issue and how to solve it. I've always appreciated the various options he's presented and thorough explanation of the pros and cons of all of them. He went above and beyond to present viable solutions that ranged in scope from high tech solutions to more simple solutions that were cost-effective. TJ was extraordinarily responsive to me providing answers to my questions in a timely manner and explained in ways I can understand. I greatly appreciated his patience with and regular follow-up. Trevor and Matt, who own this company, are great to work with and so knowledgeable in the HVAC and plumbing areas. They did a complete makeover of our HVAC system, installing four mini-splits in four bedrooms that had no duct work in them, and installed two electric heat pumps that take care of the rest of the house. They gave us several detailed options at different price points and were awesome about answering any questions we had. They really went the extra mile to customize the project to meet the needs of our house layout, which is a bit funky since we have had two major additions. The results have been great. It is nice to set your thermostat at a certain temperature and have it stay there all the time. Also looking forward to the hot weather and having AC for the first time ever. Along with the great work they do, they also show up when they say they are going to, always texting me about 15 minutes before they arrive. They made us feel like they really cared about us and our system. Two cool fellas as well.

Matt and Trevor were referred to us by a trusted contractor and we had them come out to bid a heat pump system in our 1970s house. They were super down to earth and spent time explaining everything with no “salsey” tactics, just straight forward, honest and looking to help. They went above and beyond to make the job fit our budget and performed work quickly and efficiently. The heat pump looks great and works amazingly. We are so happy we went with HTS and absolutely recommend them 10/10. We had a large local HCAV Co. bid a heatpump several months ago and HTS beat their price by a lot and after some research we found that the system we had put in with HTS was much better then what the other co. was trying to have us install. Absolutely recommend this company for anyone considering HVAC work.

This business is excellent. The work they did was awesome and timely, everything looks really good, is accurate, and now my house is climate controlled and I can't wait for those hot summer days to roll around so I can really appreciate the cooling function. The guys are so nice and really explain everything and lay out the options for you while giving their professional opinions on what is best for your situation. I would not hesitate to use them again if I needed to. Call them!
