TJ is one of the most experienced, knowledgeable and trustworthy plumbers out there! I almost dare you to find another better than him! He truly cared about me as a customer and treated me like a human being, rather than just another customer. He was more professional, honest, and courteous than 2 other plumbers I've consulted with. He is also very flexible and skilled in assessing various options to solve any particular plumbing situation. He spends the right amount of time to investigate an issue and how to solve it. I've always appreciated the various options he's presented and thorough explanation of the pros and cons of all of them. He went above and beyond to present viable solutions that ranged in scope from high tech solutions to more simple solutions that were cost-effective. TJ was extraordinarily responsive to me providing answers to my questions in a timely manner and explained in ways I can understand. I greatly appreciated his patience with and regular follow-up.
