Hyde Park in Leaside

I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience we’ve had as a part of this community under Hyde park management. Over the years, almost 7 years we have cherished our time living here and have come to appreciate not only the physical space but also the warm and welcoming atmosphere fostered by Hyde park management team. We are so lucky to live in this amazing community and neighbourhood because during many living we always feel happy about our neighbours kindness, very cooperated Hyde park management office staff. The sense of community and the promptness with which maintenance issues were addressed have made our stay truly enjoyable. Your dedication to maintaining the property and ensuring the comfort of your tenants has not gone unnoticed. It is evident that Hyde Park Team take pride in the upkeep of the community, and it has positively impacted our quality of life during our residency here. As we move on to a new chapter in our lives, we will fondly remember the time spent here and the sense of belonging we felt within this community. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Hyde Park Leaside team for the exceptional service they have provided throughout our stay.

We lived at Hyde Park in Leaside for 3 years. It was the perfect place for us for that time of our life. Here's the great things to say: 1) You're close to downtown! We moved from downtown and this location is a quick 20 min uber ride or hop on the TTC 2) large, spacious units... we looked for a long time and nowhere in the city can you get a 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom + in suite laundry for that price. You also have in unit heating and cooling and central air. 3) prompt and professional management. All of our issues where dealt with promptly and with professionalism and kindness 4) amenities - you're close to 2 grocery stores, CT, schools, and can hop on a bus to anywhere else or the highway (DVP) 5) Safety - it's feels so safe 6) Community - it really is a nice sense of community 7) Pet friendly - hyde park was perfect for our puppy 8) location - you're right by so many hiking trails, parks, schools, and open space. We enjoyed walking our dog or spending hours on trails around Sunnybrooke park. It's an open environment right in the city. Something is to be said about not living in a concrete jungle! 9) Cleanliness - it goes without saying that this place is really clean. Because it's so clean you forget that many rentals are not clean. As I said, we really enjoyed our time in Hyde Park and moved because we got jobs in another city. Enjoy this place!

We’ve lived here for 12 years. It’s a great community with friendly neighbours. The management and superintendent staff are helpful and prompt. It’s very pet friendly. The schools are excellent and there’s a park with modern play equipment and basketball court nearby.

We lived here for 1 year and it was excellent, definitely the best managed property out of the 5-10 or so apartment/townhouse complexes I've lived in. I read the "thin walls" complaints before moving in, and while this is true it never bothered us.

I was treated very unfairly when doing application. I am a single mom with two kids, I was very lucky to get COHB funding from the government to rent the place. I also prepared savings for the rent of the whole year. They rejected me without any reason. This not Canadian at all.

Great place to live! (Been living here for almost a year) Especially if you have dogs and children. You will feel safe and welcomed in the neighborhood

Great landlords. No issues. Handled things well and very professional. Rent was high but that's standard across Toronto unfortunately. Lived here for about 3 years.

This is a great little village with a great community of people. The grounds are immaculate. It's a really nice place to live.

I went here with my family. Had a great time. & The trees look beautiful.
