The Team at Huston Real Estate was outstanding. I purchased our cabin from Huston Real Estate back in 2010 and was 100 % satisfied at how smooth that purchase was back then. Reluctantly this past fall I decided to sell it because I did use that much any more. The only Realtor that I considered to list it with was Huston. The listing was very stress free and the photos and drone shot were outstanding!! We had an accepted Purchase Agreement in 20 day. Thanks to Sean, Scott and Ellen for the Great job they did for us.

Her kindness shines as soon as you meet her! She even thought of us and sent an email from Europe on her and Shawns 25th Anniversary trip! She listened to our hopes and dreams and found us the perfect place! Thank you so much for helping us find our piece of Northern Michigan! Scott was amazing to work with also! His knowledge of the process really helped us understand what to do next! And kept on the lender and seller to make sure we stayed on our timeline and closed on time.
