I have worked with Hurt on a handful of projects. He is very knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and has the best prices with quality products. He replaced our 33 yr old furnace is 2.5 hours without a hitch.

I was having problems with my a/c unit on one of the hottest days so far this year. I called Mr Hurt and we agreed on a time that he would come over later that day. He arrived earlier than expected, which I very much appreciated. He found the problem promptly and took care of it in a timely manner. He was reasonable and fair pricewise. My house was cooling down in record time. I highly recommend Hurt Heating and Air for repairs on your system.

I would refer Hurt Heating and Air to anyone that is in need of new HVAC system or maintenance. The owner Antione was very professional knowledgeable verses James River. He was always on time and the job was completed when he said it would be. I was one day from going with James River and Hurt Heating and Air sold me over with his knowledge and a few things he pointed out to me that James River did not. Everything is is up and running perfect

Came out because my heating unit stopped working. I was told my motor needed to be replaced, and I agreed to the service. However, I asked for an invoice before the work and a receipt after the work was done, and I had to request it multiple times before receiving the receipt four days later. My unit stopped working again a few days after the motor was replaced, and I was able to get it running myself. I scheduled a follow-up inspection with another HVAC company because if my motor just got replaced it shouldn’t be going out again right? So their technician explained what caused the shutdown, tightened loose wires, gave me some extra precautions and removed trash left behind on top of my unit by Hurt. I also still haven’t received any response regarding the warranty on the motor or the labor, even after asking several times. If you want fast service, this company delivers. If you want communication, professionalism, and thorough follow-through, my experience did not reflect that.

Both men were professional and well spoken. They showed up on time and only took about an hour to solve my problem. No upsale. I will definitely use them again. I scheduled my appointment on a Sunday and they responded within minutes. I highly recommended this company.

From start to finish, Hurt Heating & Air was truly exceptional. They were very responsive and answered all my questions. When they arrived on-time on our agreed on slot, we had a clear discussion of the job and their approach. They did what was only absolutely necessary to get our unit running again and at a fair rate too. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Contracted them for routine maintenance and they were great and since then they’ve done duct work as well as full installation. You will not find better quality work

Mr Hurt was very kind and knowledgeable and definitely on time.My AC went out about 2 years ago and my mom found him off next door app to assist with a heating issue she had which was quickly fixed.I am happy I went this route with Mr. Hurts because 2 other companies were suppose to come out but they just came looked at the issu and never got back to me, but with Mr. Hurts knew what the problem was in a few minutes and literally came and changed my while AC unit under an hour and a half! I will be telling anyone with heating/cooling issues to call him because he literally saved my family life for this summer and we can't wait!

Yesterday evening my wife and I suddenly realized it was pretty hot in the house. After a quick check, it was obvious that the AC was blowing warm air. It was around 11:30 pm when I hopped on Thumbtack and searched for pros who could help. I found Hurt Heating & Air, and submitted a request for quote. I got a response in minutes. I went to bed knowing that Hurt would be coming the next afternoon. They arrived right on time. In minutes they diagnosed the issue (capacitor went bad) and fixed it. Also cleaned the coil. We have cool air again! I will definitely call Hurt for a pre-winter furnace check this year and pre-summer AC check next year.
