Came out because my heating unit stopped working. I was told my motor needed to be replaced, and I agreed to the service. However, I asked for an invoice before the work and a receipt after the work was done, and I had to request it multiple times before receiving the receipt four days later.
My unit stopped working again a few days after the motor was replaced, and I was able to get it running myself. I scheduled a follow-up inspection with another HVAC company because if my motor just got replaced it shouldn’t be going out again right? So their technician explained what caused the shutdown, tightened loose wires, gave me some extra precautions and removed trash left behind on top of my unit by Hurt.
I also still haven’t received any response regarding the warranty on the motor or the labor, even after asking several times. If you want fast service, this company delivers. If you want communication, professionalism, and thorough follow-through, my experience did not reflect that.
