From the moment I walked in the front office manager(s) , Kimberly and Terri, were polite and welcoming. I only waited two minutes before Stormie, the medical assistant, brought me back for a chat and xrays. She was welcoming as well. I typically get nervous at the dentist, but her professionalism and calm demeanor set me at ease. Dr. Hu was thorough in his explanation of options and made certain I knew that one of my medications would affect when/how work would be performed. Stormie found an infection that 2 other dentists missed. It was quite large and not part of my treatment plan elsewhere. Ivy, dental hygienist, stopped in to say hello, as well as to learn new things about my issues. She was prior known to me so I loved that she stopped by and then walked me out after the appointment. I appreciated the teamwork, time and care that everyone had in working together for me. I know that I need work done that is going to include medical procedures, advice and support, and I have a good feeling that this team will work together to make it happen. As someone who had a lot of bad experiences with Dentists in the past, Dr. Hu and his staff have 1000% helped me feel better and way more comfortable about going to the dentist. I've had a decent amount of dental work done with them over the last year and half and each and every time was a great experience. Everyone who works there is super polite and easy going.

This was by far one of the best dental experiences ever. All the staff were so encouraging and welcoming. The doctor was excellent. He explained everything step by step. I highly recommend.

Jesse did a great job with my dental cleaning today! Provided great info on caring for my gum lines around my implants and new bridge work ( also done here)! Dr Hu and his team are AWESOME! 5 Stars EVERY TIME!

I’m deathly afraid of the dentist but they made sure to keep asking if I was okay. And Stormy, sorry if I spelled it wrong. Made sure as soon as the dentist came in she let him know my fears. It was the best experience I’ve had at a dentist ever! I’m very appreciative of their care! I will be going back to them and bringing my whole family. Thank you guys so much!

Nice experience. Front to Back personnel are kind, gentle, and professional. I moved away and so now I drive 35 minutes to be serviced because they are that good for me and my kids.

Jessie did an amazing Job on my teeth cleaning today 9/12/25 definitely took care of me and told me how I can better my whitening process, And the ladies in the front always take care of the people in the waiting area making sure they are comfortable and at ease before they head towards the back. I greatly appreciated Dr Hu taking the time to explain and discuss the pros and cons of 3D printed dentures versus standard dentures. It enabled me to make the best decision for myself.
