Hudson Appliance

My experience with Hudson Appliance has been A-1 so far! Garrett, the sales representative, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions very thoroughly. And as for Kevin and his delivery crew - I couldn’t believe how quickly and efficiently they moved a very large washer/dryer unit into my upstairs apartment. Communication has been superb throughout. I am really happy with my whole experience so far! ***Update, 2 months later - added a pedestal to boost my combo washer dryer and it was delivered on time and perfectly by Emilio and company. I love the unit and have had a fantastic experience all around with Hudson Appliance!

My husband and I went in just to look but ended up buying all new kitchen appliances because the service was so great! Jeff was our sales associate and he was super knowledgeable and really nice. He made it a very pleasant experience! Delivery was quick and easy. We will absolutley be recommending Hudson Appliance to everyone we know!

We chose to purchase a washing machine here, simply because their service department returned our call. Not many do that anymore! We bought a washer. The salesman was very good showing us around. He was very helpful and in short time we decided which make/model. INSTALLATION cost $125 including taking the old washer away. There were a few problems with the installation crew, which is the reason for 3 stars. They were like bulls in a china shop and had no regard for our property. Left cigarette butt on our driveway, No booties, sloppy disconnecting our old washer; allowing water from the drain and water supply lines to leak onto the floor. They refused to connect the drain for it was against their policy to install at the height we have for the drains. (Which is why I chose to purchase an EXTENSION drain hose so we could attach the EXTENSION to the hose provided! However, the extension should be named EXTENDED drain hose. It was not designed to connect to anything except the washer! The salesman was kind enough to reimburse what I paid for the hose. ) They refused to connect the water lines because they said the pipes were corroded which was totally bogus! They actually snuck out and back to the truck AND left without leaving MY hoses! I tried chasing them but they were in a rush. They actually said they would leave them, but took them anyways! They took my old water hoses and my water hammer arrestors, at $15 each that pissed my off. After I installed the washer using my old drain hose and using new stainless steel hoses we had the washer up and running. BTW, Purchasing new appliances these days does NOT include operating instructions and other documentation you’d expect to receive. Conclusion: overall poor feeling after purchasing the unit. If the installation had been performed and if my property was treated with respect this would have been a good purchase. I will NEVER allow a company perform installation UNLESS I know exactly how I would be treated.

Honest people with a wide variety of appliances for a wide variety of price points. I worked with Joe, and the entire interaction was smooth and quick. I bought a washer and dryer, as well as a refrigerator. Joe was very knowledgeable about the washer brand I was looking for (the main reason I came to their store), and we quickly settled on the model I wanted. For the refrigerator, I explained what I needed and Joe quickly pointed out one that was perfect. Delivery guys Emilio and Raoul were both very nice and did a great job. I would gladly return to buy more appliances in the future.

The whole purchasing experience I would rate as excellent. However, I'm concerned that this new Jenn-Air model has a defect I would like a resolution to. The defect pertain to the three handles where the smooth part of the handles are altered with a design etched into them. Where the smooth part ends and the etched design begins there are small "burr" around the handles that feel uncomfortable to the point of fear getting injured. If I have to make a formal request please advise.

Never disappoints, never disappointed at Hudson Appliance. Needed a new washer, knew what I wanted, thanks to Bill the sale was easy. Took the time to explain what was available went over the final sale and Delivery was within the time scheduled and the guys were great. Happy with the new washing machine. Definitely would go back.. thanks everyone for the great service.

Hudson Appliance gave me a great experience from start to finish. Their pricing was solid, the team was friendly, and delivery was quick and efficient. A small issue came up after installation, and they handled it right away and in a way that worked in my favor. They’ll be at the top of my list the next time I need anything they offer.

I asked for a technician to come out for my broiler and ice maker. The text notification system was helpful. Clear communication. The tech gave me all the info I needed to make decisions about repairs. I appreciate this local business for their professionalism and efficiency and promptness. Everyone I dealt with (phone and in person) was pleasant and helpful.

I really love shopping local and Hudson appliances never let me down. Great customer service and they use AI to their advantage in that they send a link of where the driver was exactly at which time, so I could plan my day accordingly. So smart. Assembly and delivery was smooth. Kudos!

Hudson Appliance is great! Helpful sales people that know their products and help you get what you want without pushing you to add items you don’t need. We got a full kitchen package from them. The dishwasher had an issue and Tony came out today and fixed the problem. We didn’t need to wait long for the service appointment to be scheduled. We definitely would recommend Hudson Appliance!!
