Very pleased with sales knowledge and customer service has been second to none. I love walking in and feeling the history smack you in the face... the smell , the sensation , the setting is like stepping into all the yesterdays!!!! I love this place and the knowledge that comes with it. Prices are what seems to be steep but you are sometimes paying for the experience........

Great store!! Cool staff! Since 2019 I bought one complete AR-15 actual HTX lower and upper and built two SBRs! Bought a suppressor using the kiosk. Easy with the form 1 and form 4! Transfer NFA and FFL items. I've gotten custom engraving done twice and the HTX lower and upper came with deep on the lower, laser on the upper and dust cover! in the future will come back to get more work done! Light laser engraving and a deep engraving both came out nice! I see no reason to go anywhere else 3 for 3! I can't really speak on cerakotings because I haven't pulled the plug on getting anything done yet however I have a bolt catch and a magazine base plate, the coating has held up on both pretty good. Prices on somethings are high, they sell some higher end stuff some custom stuff, prices on other things are good / fair about the same as any other store sometimes cheaper. But nothing outrageous. Most prices here are respectable! This is also a place that offers products and services you won't find at big box store and even other gun stores. Binary triggers carbon fiber barrels. Cleaning supplies. Fishing equipment. Safes, bags... If you own a Glock they can swap every part until the only factory piece will be the case it came in, even then I'm sure they could stippling frost and coat that if you wanted. ( Update ) 4 for 4 with engraving. This is the only place I go for engraving! Also got small parts and cylinders on a rough rider single action revolver cerakoted! All parts match the gun function and fires, cylinders are timed just like it was right out of the box. She did a great job! The cerakote is a lil thicker than i expected or what I thought it would be ( my 1st aftermarket cerakote job ) whats crazy she cleaned up the parts smoother / cleaner than the factory for instance the hammer and trigger are silky smooth on all sides with the coating vs factory rough metal casting! I kinda feel like i should have got the whole gun cerakoted black and the small parts green the factory oxide / blueing looks like trash compared to the cerakote work green! ( update 2025 ) cost of Standard FFL transfers are now $25, still one of my goto places to get transfers done! I've done 6 transfers here, never had an issue! they have a silencer shop kiosk i used it to register and get prints done bought and transfered my first suppressor here few years back but enabled me to get 2 SBRs and a suppressor from another local store that also had a kiosk. i dont know what they're are charging for NFA transfer items now but didn't have any problems with the transfer or registration on the kiosk, if you plan on buying one in the next few months next year after you can setup your account and register with silencer shop if you through them theres no transfer fee.
