If you would like a handyman that isn’t going to rip you off and still do a great job Phillip is your guy! From the initial call Phillip was courteous and knowledgeable about my door frame issue. My wife and I wanted to transform this ugly double-door opening (previously a crafts room/office space) into a proper 4th bedroom, and this is the solution Phillip proposed (see pictures). He explained in detail how we could make this happen. He and his subcontractors were very pleasant to work with. They were so considerate of us, as well as the fact that we have a toddler running around the house (Example: letting us know when there would be loud noise or debris so that we could take our kiddo out for a walk). At the last minute, we asked them if they could replace the light fixture with a ceiling fan. If there’s a will, there’s a way, and Phillip always made sure there was a way. He clearly expects nothing but the best for his clients. He even went out of his way to fix our front doorknob that kept getting stuck—no additional charge. Phillip goes above and beyond. Amazing experience from start to finish. Easily the best contractor we’ve ever worked with.
