Richard was right from the start so knowledgeable about how to proceed with our sale. We had issues trying to sell with a high street agent and solicitor. It seemed that we could not sell our house , due to a clause on our deeds. We felt confident that Richard could support us through it. He quickly found a buyer ( at the asking price). Through the process he kept us well informed with What’s App messages. Sometimes at the weekend even. We recommend Richard highly and are very grateful for his hard work. Many thanks.
