I highly recommend! Pam was great to work with, very friendly and helpful. She is very loyal to her customers. The storage units are clean and in good shape. Don’t forget to stop in and pet Binx, the cutest office cat in town!

The storage units are clean and the grounds are well maintained. Helpful staff is available during the day. Howell Storage has reasonable rates and is conveniently located on D-19 just south of Howell. Very satisfied with the business.

I’m writing this review not in response to the quality to the storage facility or the professionalism of the staff. Which I’m sure are both wonderful. I don’t even live in Michigan. I’m writing this review as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints that just looked at the GoFundMe campaigns of the families affected by the recent attack in Grand Blanc. I noticed Howell Storage had donated $100 to each of the campaigns that I looked at. I hope I have the right business here. Maybe google will allow me to post this and maybe they’ll take it down. But I just want to thank this company for their kindness, compassion and generosity. I don’t know the owners. I have never stepped foot in their facility, but I do know this- A company that takes care of their community in a season of profound tragedy, sorrow, and grief, is a company worth supporting. Gratitude, prayers and love from Texas.

This is an amazing storage operation and so happy to have found it. Pam runs it very efficiently and with great customer service. Pam is the best part of this business in addition to its great location for convenience and security - in no small part since Binx is on duty 24/7!

We are moving our things from a different storage where the rates increased quickly beyond our means. Pam was just lovely and told us how to best store our things so that they stay nice while in storage. We're very fortunate to have a family owned storage facility here in Howell. And Binx is a star!

Came in to pay cash 6 months up front was told she was busy then was telling me what i had wouldn't fit when she DIDN'T know what i had idk how she gets any business twice i went in VERY RUDE VERY VERY RUDE i give her negative 10 stars my money wasn't good enough for her WHY? BECAUSE i have tattoos very rude right from the hello i need a unit cant believe there is any good reviews on that place and that older judgmental grumpy lady i god bless you lady definitely telling everyone i know dont even look into that place

Had such an amazing experience moving across country and getting a large unit, quickly. For a shory term (2 mos) lease. Great prices. The owner is AMAZING and keeps a close watch on everything so I knew my belongings were safe. Incredibly easy check in and out process. Sweetest cat ever! Also super convenient location behind Mugg and Bopps
