Wow! Is all I can say when I left Empire Houston Jewlers today! Ive never met such a genuine couple of people in the jewlery industry like I did today. They truly care about making you leave happy with your sale or purchase. Personally today... I was selling some jewlery which I have done many a times before at other places but this experience at Empire was way different!!..Much much better than it normally is. Ever get that feeling when you leave a similar place and u got the gut gut feeling telling you that you shouldn't of sold your jewlery there or kept it instead? Like you just got robbed?! Well have no fear..you will not feel like that leaving here! Im here to tell you this is the place to go to sell your jewlery for an honest fair price where both parties feel good about the deal. Thats rare these days. Im in the trade/barter industry and I know only one party usually wins. But amazingly enough I left feeling like I got what I originally wanted but also with the feeling like I left them enough room to make their money too.
